Our School Improvement Offer

The CBAT Dividend

As a family of schools, we are committed to making a difference to all of our children and staff so that all of our communities can flourish. As a result, we have worked collaboratively to  develop the highest quality school improvement offer so that we can help all children and young people secure the best possible outcomes.

We recognise that together we are stronger, and therefore we have purposefully designed and created the architecture for our colleagues to collaborate and connect within professional networks and subject communities. This collaboration and offer of support we call our CBAT Dividend. Through this commitment, our CBAT Dividend ensures:

  • That all our children and young people have equal access to a high-quality educational experience.
  • All teachers and associate staff are provided with exceptional development opportunities that enable them to develop and grow their careers.
  • Leadership is supported to tackle challenges and develop some extraordinary possibilities.
  • Excellent impact as a result of the formal collaboration between our schools and the development of our CBAT School Improvement Offer to help secure the best possible outcomes for all.
