Leadership and Collaboration

Leadership and Collaboration

  • Our senior leaders collaborate with school staff to share best practice.
  • We provide networking opportunities and school-to-school support for staff in similar areas across schools e.g. SENDCo, subject leads, pastoral leads.
  • We give access to a wide range of CPD opportunities for your staff.
  • We provide progression opportunities within the Trust, leading to better staff retention.
  • Senior leaders can shape and influence Trust development through weekly Trust Leadership Team meetings.
  • We offer expertise in data analysis (including SIMS, FFT, INSIGHT).
  • We provide opportunities for staff to work with the Trust to develop new schools and extend our offer to a wider number of children and young people.
Recruitment and Training

Recruitment and Training

  • We provide access to primary and secondary NQTs and CPD opportunities.
  • Staff to work together on their curriculum approach, including joint planning of INSET and school-to-school support to meet the needs of our staff and schools.
  • We support teachers and leaders in specific subject areas or school priorities such as transition from KS2-KS3.
  • We offer access to National and Local Leaders of Education who can support governors and leaders on school improvement before or after inspection.
Ofsted Support

Ofsted Support

  • We offer support in preparing for Ofsted visits and delivering the post-Ofsted action plan.
  • The Trust CEO and Board will attend meetings with inspectors to support and guide schools through the process.
Premises Support

Premises Support

  • We share our expertise in staff training, PAT testing, Health and Safety, and compliance across your school site.
  • We provide access to expertise in the capital bidding (CIF) process.
  • We support schools with major or minor refurbishment and rebuild works, as well as new build projects.
  • We offer support and guidance in Risk Assessment, Risk Management, Critical Incident and Business Continuity.
Finance and Business Support

Finance and Business Support

  • We guide schools through the academy conversion process.
  • We provide access to an experienced Finance Team for advice and guidance, including policy compliance, annual audit, VAT returns, annual reporting to the ESFA, budget forecasting, financial reporting, cash accounting, statutory returns, and pension audit.
  • We offer Payroll services, contract management and claims management.
  • We give access to insurance through the government risk protection arrangement (RPA), designed to provide comprehensive cover for schools.
HR and Legal Support

HR and Legal Support

  • We offer internal HR support including administration of recruitment processes.
  • We provide direct support for higher-level issues such as capability, grievance and disciplinary.
  • We offer access to retained legal support from one of the sector’s leading providers.
IT Support

IT Support

  • We offer a clear Service Level Agreement tailored to your school’s needs and location, including off-site server backup and full website development.
  • We provide access to a full-time in-house IT Manager and team of technicians.
Governance

Governance

  • We provide access to experienced Governors for support and mentoring, including shared training.
  • We share updates linked to national educational and governance developments.
  • We offer Trust-wide core policies, and support in developing and maintaining local school policies.
Marketing, Enterprise and Business

Marketing, Enterprise and Business

  • We provide access to our Brand and Marketing Partner for support with marketing, including social media, design and PR.
  • We support the development of enterprise initiatives, such as fund-raising events and links with sponsors.
